Remote monitoring · control · automation

Your equipment already knows when something is wrong. We make it tell you.

Enquiretech brings the pumps, tanks, meters, motors, chillers and power in your facility onto one secure screen — watched continuously, alerting the right person the moment something changes, and acting on its own when it should. From a phone, anywhere in the world.

The gap

Most facilities find out far too late

Equipment rarely fails without warning. It draws a little more current, loses a little more pressure, cycles a little more often — for days or weeks. The warning is there. Nobody is standing beside the machine at 2 a.m. to read it.

Without

A pump runs dry at 2 a.m.

You find out at 7 a.m. when the tank is empty, the building has no water, and the pump has been damaged for five hours.

With Enquiretech

Your phone rings at 2:01 a.m.

And the pump has already stopped itself. The tank refills on the standby set. You deal with it in the morning, with a machine that still works.

Without

A motor pulls unbalanced current for weeks

Nothing looks wrong from the outside. Then it fails on a Friday, and you are buying a new motor and losing a weekend.

With Enquiretech

The drift is flagged in week one

You schedule a bearing change on a Tuesday, at a time you chose, for a fraction of the cost of a replacement.

Without

Someone asks for last quarter's records

A logbook gets reconstructed from memory and a clipboard — and everyone knows how much that is worth.

With Enquiretech

The record already exists

Every reading, every alarm and every command, timestamped minute by minute, ready to export — because it was recorded as it happened.

What we do

Monitor. Control. Automate.

Three things, in plain words. An engineer would call the same three things SCADA, telemetry and building management — and would be right. We say it the simpler way because the decision to buy it is rarely made by the engineer.

01 — Monitor

See it, as it happens

Pressure, level, flow, temperature, water quality, electrical load and energy — read continuously and kept permanently. You stop guessing what happened overnight, and you stop paying for problems you could not see.

In engineering terms4–20 mA · 0–10 V · Modbus RTU / TCP · BACnet/IP · pulse · dry contact · 110–420 V opto-isolated status · 16-bit analogue front end
02 — Control

Act on it, from wherever you are

Start or stop a pump, change a setpoint, open a gate, switch a lighting zone — from your phone, whether you are upstairs or in another country. Every action needs the right permission, and every action is on the record.

In engineering termsRelay outputs · analogue speed reference to variable-speed drives · chiller & AHU setpoint write-back · role-based authorisation · full command audit trail
03 — Automate

Let it act before you have to

Rules handle the routine decisions: hold pressure to a target, ventilate when gas rises, light only the floors in use, share duty between pumps so they wear evenly. Fewer call-outs, lower bills, and equipment that lasts.

In engineering termsPID control loops · duty / standby rotation · threshold and escalation engine · occupancy, trading-hour and holiday schedules

And when it matters, somebody is told.Every threshold you set can raise a push notification, an SMS and an email, routed by role, escalated if nobody answers, and closed out with a timestamped report. An alarm that only sounds in an empty plant room is not a warning — it is a recording.

What we measure

If it can be sensed, it can be watched

One controller reads all of it at once — the water, the machines, the power bill and the doors — so cause and effect finally sit on the same graph.

Not tied to one sensor brand. If an instrument gives out a current loop, a voltage, a pulse, a contact, a Modbus register or a BACnet object, it can come onto the system — including instruments you have already bought.

The app

The whole site, on the device you already carry

Not a report that arrives on Monday. The live state of your facility, in your hand, with the history behind it and the controls in front of it.

Watch it happen

A pump trips. Nobody loses water.

Illustrative values · tap a step to see it

Live values, always current

Every reading on the site, refreshed continuously — not a snapshot from the last visit.

History you can interrogate

Overlay pressure against pump status against power, over 6 hours or 7 days, and see what actually caused what.

Alerts that reach a person

Push, SMS and email, routed by role and escalated if nobody responds.

Individual, secure logins

Each team member has their own credentials, their own permissions, and their own entry in the activity log.

Security

Built secure, not secured afterwards

Security is designed into every layer — and backed by protection that does not depend on the network at all.

Multi-factor login, role by role

Permissions granted by user, department and zone — so people reach exactly what their job requires and nothing else.

No open doors into your site

Connections are encrypted and started from your equipment outward. Nothing at the site is left listening for the internet.

A complete record of every command

Who changed what, when, and from where — sized for audit and compliance review, not reconstructed afterwards.

Protection that works with the power out

Motor protection, pressure switches, a physical kill-switch and a local/remote selector sit beneath the software, so plant and people stay safe regardless.

Results

What facility teams get back

The reason anyone buys this is not the screen. It is the bill, the breakdowns and the hours.

30%
Energy saved

On HVAC plant and at pump stations, from optimised schedules and balanced duty.

25–40%
Lighting energy cut

Zone-by-zone control tied to real occupancy and business hours.

4×
Longer equipment life

Pumps, motors and plant run three to four times longer when fault conditions never get to run.

75%
Fewer undetected failures

Pipe and infrastructure failures caught while they are still small.

>25%
Less water lost

Non-revenue water reduced by finding losses instead of estimating them.

4 mo.
Payback

As short as four months in comparable deployments.

Figures drawn from Enquiretech deployments and field testing across water, retail and distribution facilities. Results vary with the facility — we will tell you what yours is likely to be after the survey, not before.

Working with what you have

Keep your system. We add what it never had.

The most expensive sentence in this industry is “you will need to replace all of that first.” You will not. Existing controls, panels, meters and building systems are our starting point, not an obstacle — we read what is already there and add the mobile access, alerting and history it was never built to give you.

You have

A control system tied to one room

Working logic, but you have to be standing in front of it.

You get

The same points, on every phone

Read out and published securely — without touching your control logic.

You have

Mechanical water meters

Accurate, already installed, and completely invisible between manual readings.

You get

Live flow and automatic totals

One tie-in turns a meter you already own into a trended, alarmed data source.

You have

Protection relays and drives

Doing their job well, with all the diagnostics locked inside the device.

You get

Currents, faults and trip history

Read out over the port already on the device, and trended from day one.

Most of what a facility needs to tell you is already inside equipment it owns. It has simply never been asked.

Getting started

It starts with a walk around your facility

No commitment, and nothing bought before anyone knows what is actually there.

1

We survey the site

We walk the facility with you, catalogue the instruments, panels, drives and protection devices already installed, and identify every signal that can be read today.

2

You get a written plan and a price

Which parameters go live, what connects to your existing systems, what needs adding, and what it costs. You see that before you commit to anything.

3

We install, commission and stay

Our own engineers install and commission the work, train your team, and remain as the engineering layer behind the system as your facility changes.

Start with one zone, not the whole facility. A single plant room, pump set, chiller or floor can go live first to prove the return — then extend across the property on the same system.

Next step

Bring us the facility you already have

We will show you what it has been hiding — and, if you would rather see it working first, we will show you a live site on a phone before we talk about yours.
